Collect the bike
Arrive at your scheduled appointment. You will need some ID documents, which can be uploaded beforehand using the button below, or simply bring them with you to the appointment. Payment of the deposit and first rental period will be due at collection.

Use the bike
Now you can use the bike to boost your earnings. Swap the battery for free at our site or charge at home. Need any maintenance? Simply contact us to book a free appointment, as many times as you need.

Renew or Return
After your initial rental period comes to an end, either return the bike to us, or renew your rental, following our renewal procedure.
